Liberty QS was established in 2014 to provide our clients with a fresh, proactive and flexible approach to managing construction projects. As a cost and project consultancy, it’s our job to make sure your project comes in on time, on budget and without the ongoing problems that damage so many developments.

Time and cost are critical to all projects, so we first ensure your design ties in with your estimates and – if there’s a problem – we undertake a detailed value engineering exercise to suggest alternative approaches. We also establish a clear timeline, with set milestones, to ensure your project is delivered to schedule and budget.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

EMPLOYER'S AGENT
