Unit 1A, 1B & 1B ; Demolition, extension and refurbishment of existing commercial units from which will be split into three units; inclusive of all required demolition, facilitating works, ground works, structural provisions, roofing, facades, floor and walls finishes, sanitaryware, FF&E and mechanical and electrical installations.
Unit 6; Demolition, extension, and refurbishment of existing commercial units from which will be split into three units; inclusive of all required demolition, facilitating works, ground works, structural provisions, roofing, facades, floor and walls finishes, sanitaryware, FF&E and mechanical and electrical installations.
Unit 3; Allowance for over-cladding existing elevations, replacement of existing roof lights, cleaning of existing roof, walls finishes, sanitaryware, FF&E and mechanical and electrical installations with provisions for external works, utilities and drainage.
External Works: Alteration and demolition of existing service yards to facilitate the new building footprints; new surfacing and foul water drainage (inclusive attenuation); new highway works (including S278 works to Gascoigne Road junction); retaining
walls; new footpaths; fencing; soft landscaping; re-surfacing of existing estate spine road; electric vehicle charging points; external bollard lighting; white lining; bin stores and cycle shelters.
